While going up the stairs, half way up I noticed some of the stairs where rusted and had small holes in them. So instead of cleaning the lazy river they just roped it off. When we got half way through the lazy river, part of it was closed off due to all the algea in the lazy river.

We got in and starting walking the lazy river, very dirty water and slightly milky, The bottom of the lazy river was cracked and there was moss and grass growing through the cracks and you could feel them while walking.
The waves where broken and you could only use half of the pool. We told her it wasn’t her fault and thank you. She offered us unlimited food packages for 4 to help for the broken cabana and not able to refund the admission tickets or cabana. The poor lady working guest services said I know and I am so sorry there is nothing we can do. We told them this park is awful and needs to be fixed. We immediately went to guest services to get a refund and leave. The drinks where hot including the bottle water. I can offer you some drinks and a free tube rental. and told her everything she said I know everything is broke and I am so sorry.but no refunds… I am just here for the summer to collect a paycheck. We went to the cabana host who was sitting outside with no fans, nothing to cool her down.

Our cabanas tv didn’t work, ceiling fan didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and you got to sit in 3 horrible cheap chairs. We went to our cabana and this was a joke. When we got into the park we noticed all the food places where closed but the main restaurant, taco shake, funnel cake and bar. We bought our tickets online and paid for the premium cabana. I went with my family July 24th 2023 to hurricane harbor. The park also has several tube and body slides, a large wave pool with four-foot rolling waves, and the Adventure River roaring lazy river.This is park that six flags owns needs to be shutdown before someone seriously gets hurt. And Big Kahuna is a 600-foot long family raft ride that descends four-stories with sharp turns and steep drops.

Anaconda is a double-rider tube slide with the world's first series of tight corkscrew turns. Nearby the Tornado is an iconic water ride that sends multiple riders on a tube into a 160-foot tunnel before plummeting them into a giant funnel that lies on it's side. The entire slide is 240-feet long and riders reach speeds of up to 20 feet per second. Wahoo Racers– the next generation of racing mat slides, where you start from an enclosed tube that loops around into the six-lane, side-by-side downhill speedway. Mammoth Falls– is a giant family raft ride that drops riders 57-feet before the raft goes shoots up a vertical wall and then falls back down. This "dueling" water coaster blasts riders uphill on jetted water and over 830 feet of hair raising drops and curves.
